Visited today and can't fault them. Great amount of stock and friendly staff who can't do enough to help you. Bought an oak beam for our fireplace and they were reasonably priced.

I recently purchased 10 lampshade from Cox. Delivery was quick but upon opening the packaging 6 of the shade were poorly finished with marks and dust under the paint and 2 have noticeable dents in them. Peter from Cox told me to buy Autosol and polish the shades myself, which I did. The marks and dust are too deep to be polished out and since that communication Peter has failed to reply to my emails for over a month so I've wasted 720GBP.. Personally I cannot recommend them, look elsewhere for similar quality and pay less.
