Terrible Service. Sarah’s handling of my call was unprofessional, argumentative and dismissive. The worst operator I have ever spoken to in my life.. I am absolutely livid! She was unbelievably rude and ignorant From the very start. Would not hear my request, refused to allow me to speak to manager and would not listen to reasoning. Lied to me on two or three occasions. She’s a dangerous employee doing a lot of damage to this company I used to hold in high regard.

Yesterday was the first time to use Morley Taxis. And the last. I took a cab with my elderly father from Morley centre to Ardsley. We weren’t familiar with the route,& the driver first commented that our destination was ‘very posh’ & then took us miles out of the way through a valley & a residential estate in order to increase the fare. When we finally arrived at our destination our friends confirmed that we had been ripped off & literally ‘taken for a ride’. Boycott these cowboys.
Worst taxi company ever. Booked 6 hours in advance for 00:45. Taxi never showed up. claimed a taxi showed up even though we stood outside for 10 minutes before they were due and it never did. Rang on 3 different numbers to get through and got hung up on every time with no explanation. Don’t use this company ever, I won’t again.
I swore I would never use this taxi company again but after a night out 22/12/19 my friend ordered the taxi and it was Morley Cars. I wrote a review before as I was not happy with the service but today I have to say that the driver has completely changed my opinion. Car 42 ( I think he was Habib), made my journey not only pleasurable but safe and sound. A woman on her own, he was pleasant, friendly, chatty and interesting. Making conversation through out the journey, making sure I got home ok and even remembered where I lived from a previous fare, when I didn't remember him but he remembered me and my friend. I was very impressed. He has definitely changed my view of this firm and they have now re-infirmed their customer. Thank you
What a joke! I had many bags of shopping so I said I would take some bags and come back for rest, upon returning the bags were left on the pavement at the end of a culdesac and the driver had left. After using this taxi service for over 10 years I will not be be using this again!
