Appalling hygiene and cleanliness, despite claiming to have put in place procedures during the pandemic. Our caravan had dog excrement left on the decking, second hand toothpaste all over the bathroom, cutlery and glasses left that were filthy and litter left in the caravan from the previous guests. It was also clear that other kitchen items, such as oven gloves jad never been washed, given that they were caked in old food from a previous guest! I strongly recommend that anyone with health complaints or those who are concerned about protecting their health during the pandemic avoid this place. Also quite concerning was the apparent lack of electrical safety certificates on items such as the fridge, which had expired (date of expiry was also prior to the lockdown, so no excuses on that front). I am now considering reporting their apparent breaches of health and safety to both their public liability insurance provider and to the HSE.

Well kept park that is clean tidy and friendly staff. BUT food is horrendous. Over priced and very very poor quality across everything! Seems like as long as people go and pay they wont change it.

Spent 5 days here in August, got lucky with the weather sunny and mid twenties. Caravan park is all good, but really wanted to make a special mention of the staff in the bar & restaurant. Especially Racheal- most nights I reserved a table in the bar area to watch the football Racheal couldn't have been more helpful and it looks like she works real long shifts but still stays cheerful and polite throughout- they do a great job in there- many thanks.
