Friendly staff, good prices for frozen food
The same staff have worked here for years which is a good sign. Most of the staff are cheerful and friendly. Can't do a full shop here, but good for essential basics and some nice vegan options.

Next day delivery when other shops don't have a free slot for three weeks, Iceland are brilliant. It's very difficult for me to go shopping and carrying it back, so this prompt delivery was fantastic. Only two items unavailable, that's not bad, delivery bang on time and easy to order on line. Very good range of food stuffs, what more do you want. We'll done Iceland.
