Just had our second bulk delivery from this company and have to say it’s the best I’ve ever found. When you spend a lump of money with a company you always have high hopes and they’re very rarely lived up to, but Northumberland Logs exceed in both quantity and quality. Customer service is second to none too - can’t do enough to help. Wood is well seasoned, well sized and exactly what I wanted. Certainly won’t be going anywhere else!
We've now placed a few orders for the hardwood dumpy bags and have been really pleased on all fronts. The bags we order, being the smaller of the two dumpy bag sizes offered, are very generously filled and all logs have burned fabulously well. Provides for a good sizing of wood to suit our needs while still giving a little variety of size to cater for all situations. Delivery process is very courteous, prompt and straightforward and Nland Logs are only too pleased to try and accommodate specific days for delivery. This is now our go-to supplier for wood and pleased to heartily recommend!
Bought two large softwood dumpy bags to stock up, very pleased with delivery. One - generous sized bags, two - completely dry and seasoned unlike some other companies I've used, three - driver very helpful and their dropside had a crane arm which dropped the bags right into my yard through the garage door. Will use again, price fair for amount received.
