The driver was very unprofessional. While in Chesterfield I was waiting to pull onto the roundabout (about 1pm on Friday 4th of December), and he was behind me in a Mercedes Benz van (I have the Registration if it is needed). The traffic was busy and I had to wait a few minutes to pull out. The driver beeped at me and gestured to go, but I couldn’t. After a minute or so, he beeped again, and kept gesturing. Now, he should’ve been watching the road, and if he was he should’ve seen that there was traffic and I couldn’t go. For context, I’m a small, young female, and I was beginning to become worried. Eventually a gap came and I pulled out, and I would’ve let the situation go normally, but then he proceeded to cut me off as we pulled up to the next roundabout. I was worried for my own safety, and was ready to call the police if anything were to happen, in this moment I feared he would get out, and I feared for my life. Normally I wouldn’t complain and let it go, but grown men, shouldn’t be making a woman scared, just because he’s in a rush and trying to get through traffic. I’ve worked with children, and even they wouldn’t act as immature as he did. I just don’t think he portrayed your company very well, I wouldn’t recommend supporting people who put other lives in danger.

I had a service engineer who came out to service my house lift today 12th December 19. I think his name was Michael. He turned up on time and not a minute past 9am. He was very polite and very welcoming. He did a very thorough service on my lift. He also told me more about the lift then I ever new before. He cleaned up after himself and made sure there wasn’t anything wrong with the lift. I don’t usually do feedback but when you get good guys like this, it’s important they know they are appreciated. Micheal also told me how to get the mother-in-law out of the lift if it breaks down. Luckily she wasn’t in, so she will never know. Hehe Thanks Morris vermaport great service as usual Regards Gareth
