I had a gas and electric smart meter installation today. Between the hours 8.00am-12-00pm. Nathan turned up at 8.30am. He rang me 10 mins before arrival. He arrived with all his PPE. Explained what he was going to do then was completed in 1 hour 30 mins. I was really impressed. I told him how professional he had been when he finished. When I read all the reviews over the last 6 months about having a Smart Meter installed it really put me off but I have to say I've never been more impressed by a company and employee. It's the 1st time I have ever had any work done by Morrisons Utility and definitely use them again. Up to now everything seems to be working fine. I'll just have to key an eye on my bill from EON once I get it. I didn't get the installers Surname but I definitely recommend him.

I give one star simply because I can't give 0 stars. First time scheduled smart meter installation from 8-12, they cancelled at 11:30 no apologies no excuses. rescheduled for a second appointment again 8am-12pm, no show up , called them no apology and rude call centre. I had to take two days off and still work not done..probably one of the worst companies I had to deal with..

Appalling service left me without electricity and gas after installing a smart meter for EON and horrible customer service afterwards. Watch out for these guys!

Had a phone message from them today informing me that my meter was faulty and needed replacing of which it isnt. It was to get me to book an appointment to have a smart meter fitted of which i dont want. What if i was elderly and didnt know any different , this is unacceptable pratice by them.
