Well organized shop, everything look clean and tidy. I love this chocolate milk from Morrisons (they also have white chocolate flavor but it's kinda too sweet to me). Security at entrance was doing great job to stop people get in the shop when there were too many in the shop, it was really crowded & super long queue when we were there.

I don't know about others experience with staff, customer service is pathetic! Staff are not friendly at all. Not just once I faced this issue. Usually the till asks us whether we need a receipt or not. I remember I chose yes as I bought an item with warranty. The receipt didn't come out and I asked a staff whether she can help. She rejected the request straight away impolitely. Another thing is about the security. They follow you as if you're going to rob the store in its entirety! Awful experiences. Still visit this store given the quality of products. Attitude of staff must change!
Decent shop with most necessities and some extra bits. Great to pick up bits you forget when moving to uni. Good opening hours and plenty of checkouts and tills.
