Ian and Verity are amazing. We had a very stressful time sorting our mortgage out due to my husband being self employed but only for 2.5years and not the normal minimum of 3 years and also due to us owing other properties. We had also struggled in the past with the properties which had damaged our credit file. Ian and Verity helped us so much and got us the best deal they could taking into account our situation and fought right through to moving in to make it as painless as possible. Would 100% recommend these to anyone as they are amazing.

I run a small business that isn't quite 2 years old yet, and our mortgage's fixed term had come to an end. I was a bit worried that I'd be stuck with the rate the lender reverts to after the term, but was pleasantly surprised to find out I shouldn't have been. Clare and the team at Mortgage and Finance Arena were incredibly helpful and made the process of finding a suitable mortgage (and much more competitive rate) super easy for us. There was no \back and forth\ with documentation or requests for extra information like there had been when I arranged the last deal (directly with the lender). In fact, right at the beginning Clare gave me an easy to follow checklist of things she & the team would need to review what we'd need from our mortgage and then process the application. Every time I've spoken to Clare she has been incredibly knowledgeable, made sure I understood what she was telling me, and kept the jargon to an absolute minimum. The same is true for the other team members I spoke to while Clare was on holiday, who made sure to keep our application moving forward even though Clare was away. I'd absolutely recommend the Mortgage and Finance Arena to anyone looking for a Mortgage.
