I was assisted over the phone by a customer representative at Milton Keynes Moss Bros branch, His name is Mick. He has gone out of her way to help me order the last renaming few pairs of trousers and waistcoat for our Civil Partnership to be delivered to the Cheltenham store as it is usually closed for a Wednesday and Thursday. He was so kind on the phone, also making sure everything was the right size, advising more of the branch where I could find the last few remaining suit jacket of my size to complete the suit set. We need more people like her working in the customer facing industry as she has done exceptionally well :)

I want to say a massive thank you to Nic. I had a very important meeting and I needed a black suit ASAP. He understood my urgency and managed to find the suit from the Aylesbury branch, he made the transaction a seamless and smooth process. As soon I walked into the Moss branch in Aylesbury; my suit was ready to go. Retail needs more people like Nic - thank you, you legend.

Fantastic and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. I was served by a man called Jamie who is one of the happiest and most cheerful people I have met in retail. He was more than happy to help me find a suit I like and order me one in the size. Unfortunately an issue with DPD meant my suit was not going to arrive on time so I contacted the store and asked what I could do. Jamie answered and tried everything he could but my delivery was not going to arrive so he said he would help me again with another suit if I came in the next day and also help me return my order when it arrived.

Very disappointed, picked a suit and had the jacket sent for alterations, was told it would take a max of 2 weeks, so after 2 weeks i rang the store and was told it was all done and ready for me to collect, only to find when i get there they hadn't even sent it!!! Not even given much of an apology!!! Will not be using Moss Bros again They sent me the altered jacket, so i tried it on, was awful, had not been altered very well, 1 sleeve longer than the other, both sleeves now to tight, and the breast part just looked so wrong! Sent it straight back and got a refund. Bought a suit from Next, who were very helpful, highly recommend
