Got a Tailor made suit for my wedding from these guys, they know what they are doing! i got so many compliments on how well it looked. Would definitely recommend popping in to see these guys!

I would say a standard moss bro but the service here was so exceptional that anything less than 5 stars would not be fair. Brilliant, polite and helpful. Would recommend this branch over others.
I openly avoided this store under previous management but i have been thoroughly impressed with the new team. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Would recommend highly.
I needed a tuxedo for a formal work Christmas event and I couldn’t fault the service I received from Colleen, the store manager in Colchester. She listened to what I needed and then explained in detail what the best options would be based on my price range. I don’t usually write reviews, however she deserves a lot of credit for making my shopping experience effortless and stress free. You can tell she has a real passion for what she does and I would definitely and happily return for future purchases.

I visited this store in Colchester to get some tailored trousers. The male assistant did not know what mourning trousers were and the manager and her assistant were more interested in offering chocolate out than good customer care. I was in conversation with them both when the manager decided to loudly speak to colleagues stating if they were going to 'tag' a customer and what to do. Very unprofessional experience and I went elsewhere and gave them my custom. I was really not interested in the managers work history. Will not be back and would not recommend. Awful experience from sales staff that didn't know thier product.
I went to these guys to get a suit made for my wedding using their Tailor Me service and to rent some outfit pieces for my groomsmen (waistcoat, pocket square, and tie). Overall, I was really happy with the suit, the outfit pieces, and the service I received. The suit they made looked great and felt really comfortable to wear. You've got the option to make some nice personal touches (button hole colours, half canvas, lapels, vents, lining, embroideries, and fit) that really make a suit feel like your own (so I got the date of my wedding embroidered in the lining of my suit). The only issue I had with the design was the availability of some fabrics. I did have to settle on my second options for suit and lining colours. However, the suit itself looked great in the end so I was happy. The whole rental process seemed a bit complex as they didn't do traditional sizes so all my groomsmen had to get themselves measured so they could get the right sized waistcoat. The challenge there was my groomsmen live in Milton Keynes, Cardiff, and Lincoln. However they were able to get measured at their local Moss Bros outlet so that wasn't an issue. Also, as i was hiring certain items and not a full wedding outfit, they had to set the items up as being separate rentals as opposed to being rented under just one record. However, I didn't need to do much about it. It just seemed a bit weird. The guys in the shop were very helpful and kind. Everyone of them had good knowledge of their stock and their processes when it came to Tailor Me or renting. When I needed to buy some braces at short notice, I phoned them up, asked them how many items they had in-stock and if they could hold onto them for me so I could come in and buy them. They were happy to oblige, which really made me feel like a valued customer.
Really friendly staff; I enjoyed my Tailor Me experience - it was good fun. It's a pity that the shop is being let down by IT problems, but that's no fault of the people running the shop, who were all excellent.
