Recently used Moss to refit an en-suite bathroom. There was a caalogue of errors. Firstly, he left 2 massive holes in the side of my house because he forgot to mortar in the waste pipes they had installed. Then the shower flooded into the neighbouring room because he forgot to use sealant around the shower door. The the radiator was fitted upside down because he forgot to read the instructions. Then the radiator couldn't be bled because he forgot to fit the bleed valve and instead threw it away into the skip. Then the radiator wouldn't work because he completely missed the most important bit of kit, the flow diverter, and instead threw it away into the skip. Then the shower door wouldnt stay closed because the shower tray is on a slope, presumably because he forgot to use a spirit level. In short, don't waste your time with this amateur.
