Worst clothing company I Have EVER USED - AVOID!!! I ordered my parcel from Motel Rocks 2 weeks in advance of my festival. 4 days after ordering I received an email from Hermes saying that my parcel was being shipped back to the sender (motel) with no explanation or help. I didn't know whether my parcel was going to be delivered so in a panic re-ordered all of the items for next day delivery. After attempting to call Motel Rocks and messaging them on every social media platform as well as emailing them with no reply from either Hermes or Motel Rocks my parcels both arrived 9 days after i previously ordered them. This was on the 28th of July nearly a month ago and i have STILL not received my refund for one of my parcels and they only processed a refund of my other parcel YESTERDAY, nearly a month on. This company is an absolute joke with no standards of customer service whatsoever, the clothes are nice but most definitely not worth waiting over a month for a refund - AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
