With 2 weeks until our crossing to Santander, it really wasn't the time to decide to change our motorhome. We called into their St Leanards location and immediately saw the motorhome we wanted. We negotiated a suitable part ex deal and their team worked with us to get our new van ready with a couple of days to spare. A comprehensive hand over and full ongoing warranty support were much appreciated. Would highly recommend MDG. Thank you

Bought a van just before the lockdown so we've been able to really use it, disappointingly. However, the Motorhome Dealer Group have been really good so far. We \bought\ the van on their site closer to Ringwood from a helpful guy called Craig. He was willing to do a part exchange for the vehicle but we managed to sell our car privately and that was fine. The lot was open and you could look at each vehicle without too much problem and even rest drive, once they'd moved it out of the area. After purchasing and some of our requirements were met and the van was serviced and MOTed, we drove down to their Poole site where they took use through the running of the van. The electrics, putting up and down various bits and generally looking after the vehicle. This was immensely useful and we even took videos as a reminder. The van was also under warranty and when they were open again, they were able to quickly and easily solve the niggles we'd discovered with the van over the time. They were helpful and responsive via email. Overall, would recommend.
