Was quoted on a T6 which i accepted, it was then offered to someone else..... That sale failed through and they contacted me back to buy it. Got a T6.1 from another reliable dealer. Don't waste your time with Motus.

What a refreshingly helpful and thorough service department! My experience of servicing at main dealers was poor until I came to MOTUS at Beeston. Straightforward booking, a LOVELY lady on reception keeping me in touch with progress and an outstanding service provided with necessary warranty work carried out alongside the service. I'm very glad I've found a dealership who aren't only out for the money but instead prioritise customer service and satisfaction.

Vehicle passed MOT within 5 miles of Motus VW dealership engine management light came on ( first time ever) Had to return the vehicle to have timing belt fitted ( a year after it should of been replaced) I was told engine management light was a defective Exhaust Gas Recirculating valve Of course it was nothing they had damaged during the service and it is purely coincidence that it failed within 5 miles of passing the MOT Most expensive MOT ever 2500 on a regularly serviced 5 year old 60,000 mile vehicle Draw your own conclusions
