Their quoting system is awful. I make it very clear what is required, the answer part is approximately 1100. plus 8 hours (when prompted for install) Then silence (I guess I was expected to mentally connect for labour price) I kindly ask for a complete price, instant response approximately 650 for 8 hours. I start to confirm by saying so total install cost - cut short with "you're looking at approximately 1800" I have a few issues here, telephone manner, very poor. Pricing all approximate, including fitting time. These types of business could learn from very basic customer service skills and selling skills, trust me when I say you will make a whole more money for yourselves! Unfortunately just not in this particular case.

Bought a van from Imperial back in February, had a fuel pressure problem to start with and they agreed to change the fuel filter for me (100 job), didn't rectify the juddering I was experiencing on acceleration. 6 months later the van has stopped working, it now needs 2000 worth of work doing to it to keep it going, new fuel rail and fuel pump. Imperial are saying unless I prove the problem was pre existing (which is of course extremely difficult) , they won't spend a penny to help. Just be aware that buying a second hand van from these guys can end up a costly decision. Their response was "thats why people buy brand new with warranty" and " this is just part of the blame culture". Wait a minute, don't you sell second hand vehicles?
