Went there to buy a jacket but picked up from the wrong section. However the place had better jackets selection than many other stores of mountain warehouse stores. Staff was minimal and they guided where each jacket was and gave us very good response and kept on saying thank you again and again, the guy at till was super smiling and courteous. If it were for me i would buy from this store whenever i am in town. Kudos.

Absolutely disgusting manners from the store “manager”. Seems it’s not the first time customers have had a bad experience with the manners of the staff based on other reviews too. Won’t support this store again and the owners definitely need to find a manager with better people management skills.
