Great shopping experience. A young lady called Lizzie works there, she’s amazing. I needed to kit my children out for a specialist holiday in Finland. I didn’t have much time to prepare or knowledge of what was essentially needed etc, plus I was working to tight budget. Lizzie was like magic. Pulling together everything we needed as essentials & working to my budget. Honestly it was like having your own personal clothing & equipment specialist & nothing was too much trouble. Lizzie took all of the stress out of the holiday preparations & her knowledge was second to none. So off we went, confident & prepared & all had a fab time. They seem like a great team there. Hadley, whom I think is a manager there, is also a great guy, very knowledgeable & again, nothing is too much trouble. I guess these guys must really enjoy their jobs. Anyway, thank you so much Lizzie for all your lovely help & patience, in getting my children kitted out, they had a wonderful time in Lapland. We will definitely be returning customers.

Really helpful service today, bought walking boots and I was talked through all the options and encouraged to get the right product, not necessarily the most expensive. Hadley was very knowledgable and charming!

Got totally ignored and then was rudely spoken to by the old git in there. Shame full

Death of the high street. I tried this place when it first opened. The manager then was rude and truculent. Went in today, amazed that he is still there. Two men nattering on the till, totally ignore me and my nine year old. Had to go to the front to get their attention. Then went to pay, over the odds for a pair of kids wellies, but needed them for emergency. Manager ignore me, as apparently some torches in a cardboard box were more important. Given that this shop is just selling over priced chinese tat, I am amazed that this place still functions as a business. Passive aggressive manager, terrible customer service. Avoid. Rubbish.
