My husband had to change to Mr Shah as his consultant cancelled his operation. All the staff said how good he was but we thought they were just being nice. Beware he makes you work hard. But you know the saying you only get out what you put in. Mr Shah was excellent and insisted my husband did his exercise regularly. He can do anything now even partly kneeling on it. Can definitely recommend Mr.Shah and if you have an Alexa set her for every two hours and do those exercises.
