Got my clutch done at basingstoke within a month started getting bad squeaky noise took it back the manager said its fine. Happened again took it back for a 2nd time for them to say just needs a bit of wd40 sprayed. He said It might be the bushes. So Lived with the noise as everytime i took it in i got pushed out the door. Took it back for a 3rd time due to the fact was having more problems. He said i needed a new clutch, i said its under warrenty he then turnt around and said oh thats a new matter. Basically turning around saying its my driving and yet again pushing me out the door. So decided get 2nd opinion at reading, So took it to reading today. for them to change the clutch under Warrenty as they had found it to be faulty due to the pressure plate. So if you are thinking of getting any work done at basingstoke i would re-think and give basingstoke a miss as obviously dont know what they are doing! I would travel the extra miles to reading to get your car fixed properly.
