I found Mr Ghei’s demeanour to be rude, condescending and patronising. I’ve seen a handful of consultants over the years and I’ve never had an issue previously so I was taken aback at the complete lack of duty of care offered. No conservative measures were offered and no proper guidance/advice given as to how to manage my symptoms. Instead he advised me to do an invasive procedure when it wasn’t even required. I was not informed and consented properly about the risks of the procedure and to this day I’m still experiencing unacceptable side-effects as a result. I am now having to see another consultant at London Bridge Hospital as a result of the improper treatment that I was provided.
