Really pleased with the service provided by Mr Window. Everything from the quote, survey and making and fitting of the windows was dealt with efficiently. Communication was good throughout. Excellent customer service the fitters were very professional.
The windows on my property had become steamed up. I contacted Mr Window and a surveyor arrived to measure up. The quotation was received next day. All was ready to replace the windows when lockdown occurred. As soon as lockdown had been changed to enable the windows to be replaced an Engineer was provided within a few days and the work carried out professionally with no mess at the conclusion of the work. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Window Ltd for all work associated with double glazing and patio doors.
Always have an excuse that colleagues are sick and can’t do anything until they one person is back in the office. Been waiting for our window to be fixed since September. They came out in September to try fix the windows but was so unprepared with missing parts and items that they can’t have to fix the windows. The guy left our living room window worst as we can’t open the one window and second window handle not straight. They also left a chip mark on our wall which we have to fix and re paint. Still waiting and have been very patient with the pandemic but you won’t feel that they will do something about it. You will lose your patience with all excuses and no concrete answer if they have the parts and when they can fix the problem.
Just had all my windows and doors renewed by Mr Windows, what a brilliant job, very efficient and very clean. Would recommend them to anyone. Many thanks Dave Donna.
