What started off great with constant communication and a few failed sales Steve seemed great. I took the a full service which included the packing service, and dismantling a wardrobe so it could be moved, sold as it didn’t fit into the new house. The guy who dismantled it ripped it apart making it impossible to rebuild/sell. Steve offered to take a look and after numerous cancellations stopped responding and after initially saying it could be rebuilt to then saying damage can happen and his insurance doesn’t cover and stopped responding. Other items were also damaged in the move, and scuffed walls. Feel it was a rushed job with guys that don’t really know what they’re doing. No masks or gloves either. Edit - it was sold less than 2 weeks after i moved not “way after” and only just been a month since I moved . You promised to take a look and kept cancelling and then stopped responding. The buyer was willing to wait for to come and take a look but YOU NEVER did so asked for a refund. Admittedly I should have checked before I paid you the state your guys left the wardrobe in but I trusted you and your team and insisted that it was left in a good state and then stopped reading or responding to my messages which speaks for itself. As for reviews, I have since checked your reviews on Facebook and there is other examples of your poor service so this isn’t an isolated incident. Please use at your own risk

Steve and his team delivered on their promises, moving us an hour away with efficiency and a friendly attitude. They worked around us (still working from home!) to pack and offered the option for pre-loading some items the night before to reduce the stress on completion day. Packing was brilliantly done, not a thing damaged. Would definitely recommend the team, and want to particularly call out the plumbing and carpentry skills they offered when we found issues on arrival at the new house. Thanks guys, great job.
Fantastic service. Very accommodating to my individual needs. Friendly and efficient. Great communication. Not one item lost/broken. Didn’t grumble when keys to new house were delayed 3 hours. Price was lower than the two other quotes I got. Would recommend without hesitation
Great service from the whole of the team from start to finish. Made us feel as though nothing was too much trouble and really appreciated the regular check-ins by phone prior to the removal date. Helped keep me sane at a very stressful time. Would highly recommend and certainly use in the future if I am ever mad enough to move again :-)

The boys were just fab, right on time. No complaints about the 3 flights of stairs thy had to haul everything down. Extremely polite & hard working.... I would highly recommend
