Cant speak for the products as they go straight to my clients but Multicell and Stephen Sharrocks in particular are really A Class in customer service, always going the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. I haven't had any complaints about their products so that can only surely be another plus! Even the delivery guys are lovely and totally personable.

i purchased a battery from Multicell 14months ago and it now is flat i spoke to them asking if there were any way they could help and they basically said your 12month warrenty has exspired so your on your own NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL !!! JUST GOES TO SHOW THE ORIGINAL GENUINE ONES ARE BETTER as they lasted 8 years !!!
