No MS support when needed, I sent an email for some support while I was in Croydon for a few days, I was away from home and left my crutch, I emailed ms society in Croydon on the 30/08/2019, I also phoned twice and left 2 messages, my whole time there nobody got in touch, now today 15/09/2019 I get an email saying “sorry for late reply. Maybe enquire at local hospital for advice”, well I’m surprised that I actually got an email, I mean 2 weeks later, so I was just to crawl in my time there?, this is meant to be MS society where you can receive help and support, I’m unsure how this company works, but its nothing like MS Revive who are always keen to help, I’m very saddened to think of people out there who may need much more help than me, don’t put any hope in getting help or advice at MS Society Croydon, really sad.
