Excellent facility and staff 100% dedicated to looking after patients and making them feel comfortable. Can't praise it highly enough.
He'll on earth only place worse is Carseview Dundee, the staff are polite to a degree but are short staffed treated like children with constant threat of removal of time out or being sectioned. Made to wait sometimes over an hour for Meds no seating provided even if you suffer with arthritis in knees left to stand and guaranteed after a couple of male patients seen they shut the door on you to go to the Females side not once was a female made to wait. And then the best of it in 99.9%of time at least 2 females under observation others in office in female side no one on male side or kept waiting. Communication is abysmal, discharge meds always late some times having to go back next day. And even when discharged phoned to say you are absent, despite Dr opening door to let you out with bags in your hands, police given wrong information to enhance effect of report hassled by police as well as Family with them turning up and searching house late at night, told them to check discharge meds and they would find them but no to much effort and when sorted no apology high and mighty status. My advise don't get involved with this place, see Dr get referral to community health team avoid like the plague.
