Here you can buy instruments and musical paraphernalia including guitars, amps, straps, clarinets, accordions etc. You can also get music lessons for piano, guitar, drums, saxophone, flute, clarinet and singing. They also do repairs in house, which they take a great deal of care over. Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Awesome! Our first visit there and got a re-string while we waited for a very low price. The owner was there and took a lot of time to discuss the kind of strings that were needed and made recommendations on the best options. A great place with a large car park behind the shop. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Advanced Guitar Centre. My son decided he wanted to learn to play the guitar. I spoke with Gareth, who didn't make me feel daft, for not knowing a single thing about guitars! He advised me, but wasn't pushy and didn't just show me the top end of my budget. I came away with everything my son needed to get started-guitar, bag, book etc and I can't believe they even do guitar lessons. Great shop which makes me want to learn to play the guitar!

This place is brilliant, with a wide range to go through and helpful staff. I had a good chat with the guy in the shop and he offered to go the extra mile and get the products in that were currently out of stock. Very pleasant experience I will definitely be going back!

I got a BC Rich custom fit with a Floyd Rose and suitable strings for rock and extreme metal, it's awesome! They even sourced a second hand Marshall amp so I could afford a big one. The icing on the cake is a "police line do not cross" guitar strap :P Also, when I moved house I broke the treble controls in the process and they fixed it for me via parcel force since I live in London, it came nicely packaged and back good as new

First class service every time. Guitars and amps looked at and a honest realistic quote offered. Good choice of quality instruments in store and what's more is lessons are available. Had my Bass guitar set up and necked shimmed here and it's great. Would buy my next guitar frome here in heart beat when the time comes because of theit good depth of knowledge on great customer care.
