Not even worth one star. We've never, ever been treated so rudely by the the man works there. They do not deserve any custom

I think I can safely say that the negative posters were not dealing with the owner of this establishment. I have dealt with Wensleigh as have many of my students over the past 30 years and I can honestly say that the service has ALWAYS been perfect and exemplary. He has always as much time as you need and answers very accurately when he shares his huge knowledge with you. Prices are always competitive and his after sales service is never less than perfect. Not only would I not go anywhere else for a keyboard, any of my students who have dealt with him over the past 30 years wouldn't go anywhere else either. Beyond a doubt the best Yamaha keyboard and Viscount Organ specialist in the South West by a mile.

I cannot believe the rudeness and arrogance of the man who answered the phone to me today when I phoned to enquire about the availability and price of a particular model of electric piano. He clearly wasn’t interested in my business and told me he wasn’t prepared to get into a bidding war on the phone. Never before have I been spoken to in such an unpleasant manner by someone who is supposedly providing customer service. No wonder small shops are losing business to the internet. I would have given zero stars if it were possible.

The staff wasn't so helpful. I think you'd be served in a better way if you already have some of their instruments in mind to purchase. However don't expect much if you're just making enquiries. I thought they were specialists, but now I would rather go online to check for my answers.

Owner was really helpful and friendly. He advised us really well and we've now got a fantastic keyboard at home which is perfect for us. Thanks!

Rude staff. Went in there with my boyfriend to take a look at some pianos and one man in there obviously thought that we were young students from the college come in to mess around. When asked if we could just play a quick song to see how one piano sounded he replied in an obviously exasperated tone 'they're not for messing around on, they're for buying.' Thought it was very disrespectful of him to assume straight away that we weren't looking to buy just because of our age. Now definitely wouldn't buy from them. Top tip: don't sell musical instruments if you claim they aren't for playing.

When I needed expert guidance in choosing a keyboard I found the staff knowledgable and helpful. The place got quite busy and someone came in demanding to be given attention when the salesman was talking to me and hetold him he was dealing with me first and the fellow took umbrage - maybe it was the above reviewer . Had good part exchange offers and after sales care in unbelievable. When upgrade time comes I know where I'll go !
