Visited on Monday as an owners guest and, even in these troubled times everything was done superbly. From parking, one way directions, booking in with temperature check and lovely 3 course lunch. Staff cannot do enough for you. I’ve been to lots and lots of courses throughout the UK and Musselburgh takes a bit of beating.

First visit to a race course on New Year's day and I have to say it was a really good day out. Nice touch having a Piper play the crowd in which automatically made you feel you where coming to something special. Seeing the horses and riders in the show area gave me a real feel of excitement as you see how magnificent the horses are. The actual horse racing is equally exciting and the large screen in the middle of the race course adds to the enjoyment. The Ceilidh band were also an excellent addition to the day and the crowd really seemed to enjoy the band. The beer and food was reasonably priced and the service was excellent. A really good day out and would certainly recommend it.

Yes, great very well looked after and by far the best track to visit as as owner during these troubled times in Scotland

Had a good time at Friday races, largely due to great weather. Venue has lots of open space and some tables to sit at, drink and food choice is not amazing but will do (fish and chips, burgers and usual beers, gin, run, whisky, vodka to drink). There is indoor seating across the few bars available but can't imagine everyone crowded inside if the weather was bad, definitely not enough space to enjoy the races. Decent connections from Edinburgh and a complimentary shuttle service to two nearby train stations are a big plus.
