Tried calling my espresso numerous times to try and ascertain when my order of a La Pavoni machine would arrive as it had passed the 3 to 5 day delivery window. One two occasions a rather "curt" gentleman informed me he wasn't in front of his pc and would call me back; he never did! On the third occasion, a more helpful chap informed me the order would be with me on the 11.2.21; this day came and went and again no machine! I've tried calling ever since and no one picks up or responds to email, no mention of a refund or a replacement order!! I'm now left no alternative but to speak with my credit card provider and order another machine from another supplier.

Brought two espresso machines over the years, and have had a great service. Given good advice for starting out, then good information to then upgrade my setup.(shown below)
BUYER BEWARE! IMPORT CHARGES WILL BE LEVIED I have been buying coffee beans from MyEspresso for the last 7 years. It would appear though that over winter the business has been relocated from Coventry to Spain. Though there was nothing on the website to indicate that this was the case. In my last order I noticed that delivery charges had increased. When I received the goods it became apparent why - they had been shipped from Spain!. 3 or 4 days later I received an Duty and Tax Invoice from Fedex for the import of these beans. At the time of purchase there was nothing on the website to indicate that additional charges would be levied (or that shipping would be international). I have forwarded this invoice to MyEspresso - expecting them to pick up this cost - but as yet have not heard back. I've also emailed Fedex to say that I believe MyEspresso should be liable for these charges.
Setup an order for next-day delivery, failed to deliver, then just canceled the order. Dealing with this company was a complete waste of time and inconvenience.

Emailed my espresso on Monday 11th , had a reply Tuesday morning 8am about info on 2 espresso machines I was interested in. Needed more info on which one to buy. That day I spoke to Peter regarding which one of the 2. So it's now Wednesday drove up there to view each machine I was interested in. Peter was very helpful in showing me the different models. I found him very helpful , I ended up buying rocket Giotto and a grinder Eureka. I'm already back at home , had my first cortado and very happy . My experience with Peter was 10/10. Spend a good hour and half in the shop looking at coffee machines and chatting not just only about coffee. Didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying anything .
Sometimes, it’s best to ignore the internet. Only place in the country that had the grinder I wanted in stock. Called on a Thursday lunchtime, enjoyed polite, easy transaction, and the grinder arrived the following day. Don’t hesitate.
