As someone who knows I need to set aside time to focus on my overall well-being, but hadn't realistically been doing it, I would highly recommend The Wellness Club. Joining the club you are provided with a comprehensive understanding of why your well-being is so important, as well as the practical ways you can put it into action. This is such an effective combination! Through the club we explore various approaches to yoga classes, journalling and meditation which means everyone can find what genuinely works for them. This makes the experience personal, sustainable and fulfilling. Jyoti's approach creates a safe, open and adaptable space which is the perfect combination for growth.

Relaxed, down to earth and welcoming. Class was challenging but with different options to suit different people. Left feeling like I’d had a workout but also surprisingly chilled out! Would highly recommend taking part in Jyoti's Yoga sessions!!!
Being a complete newbie I felt at ease and Jyoti talked you through each section of the different yoga poses and explained what they would do. I really enjoyed the journaling session as this was something I did out of curiosity but came out feeling lighter and with more clarity! Jyoti gave useful prompts to help the writing flow!
Jyoti is incredibly knowledgable and her yoga classes are great. Even as a novice, I gained a lot of value from the yoga class I attended and would highly recommend My Wellness Company to everyone, regardless of your experience. 5 star service!

I joined the yoga and workshops during lockdown and they provided a chance to escape the crazy world that we currently live in. They provided time to just relax for both your body and mind. Jyoti is a knowledgeable yoga instructor and adapts her sessions for all abilities. She has a calming aura about her and explained everything in such a clear way. My Wellness Company also shares great tips and quotes on social media. They really make you sit back and think about things in your life and how you can improve your own wellbeing.
Whenever I have joined classes with My Wellness Company, I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I always connect with the content of the sessions, and I always leave already excited for the next one I can attend. Whether you're a beginner or well experienced, Jyoti is a brilliant guide and her kindness and generosity shines through in all her classes. I've been a part of the Wellness Space which offers a really safe and supportive space to connect with others, as well as receiving brilliant tips and advice (as well as it being fab value for money!). The moon circles have also been a real highlight for me - they were totally new for me, but such a positive experience with so much great information and ideas for connecting with the moon cycle. I've found all my sessions with My Wellness Company to be of great benefit to my psychological well being. The yoga sessions are a great way to challenge your body whilst also bringing peace to your mind, and all the journalling classes and prompts have been a great way to discover more about myself. I can't recommend My Wellness Company enough!!
Jyoti is a fantastic yoga teacher. What makes her unique, is her ability to not only explain moves and postures but also educate you on their benefits in a way that makes yoga for beginners especially relatable. Her calming and personable nature means you leave the sessions every single time feeling amazing.
