I went to IPB to ship a package to Australia and was astounded by the excellent service. The staff where very helpful and gave me various different options for shipment and then packed and bubble wrapped my items for me. Would recommend. Thanks Ben!!
Very bad experience. A Indian guy there overcharged my parcel, almost double it that the normal price. Argued and got the refund in the end, but very bad experience indeed. Plus, other staffs in another IPB shop at Caledonian Rd are very nice, so maybe it’s just this time I’m really unlucky.
