Absolutely 1st class service, deliveries and build unbelievably quick on a number of occasions. Top communication office call to advise of items and delivery, then delivery driver calls 30 minutes away from the house. Superb.

Don’t buy from these! Rude as f. Sent wrong stuff and stuff missing. Phone service said the missing stuff is out for delivery today?! Nothing has come no tracking number and in fact the invoice in the ‘first’ box that came said it includes the whole order. Embarrassing and basically a fraudulent company hiding behind the status of Ltd and even more discusting as it’s health products that people NEED as a necessity.

What a dirty foul mouthed piece of scum this business has working for its customer services. The attitude of the woman \Katie\ on the phone when dealing with my complaint was equal to that of Adolf Hitlers towards disabled people. If I was the manager I'd give her the sack and I don't mean the one with my two balls hanging in.

Terrible service - if I could give it no stars I would. They sent the wrong item. The person on the end of the phone made no effort to sort out the problem. I got the last laugh though - the item they sent cost a lot more than what I paid - I sold it on Ebay for a hefty profit

Ordered something desperately needed for next day delivery paying the extra and its not come. Poor service and poorly managed!!! Healthcare suppliers should be much more efficient than this. I regret ordering from this company.
