Twice iv had shoddy customer service. Bought a spade which could've been for a 5 year old,It was that small. I was assured it was expandible which it wasn't.!!Then I got a leaking liquid container for my Garden which by the time I arrived home had saturated my car seat and carpet.

Went to the store today I'm disabled and there was one person in store got told you wait outside, Tried to explain I'm disabled and that could he come to my car which was parked by the door as could not stand for long he said yes so I waited by the car and he came out ignored me and went to another customer who said that man was before me, then made me walk to the till with my click and collect order while he brought other click and collect orders to them. After getting to the till was told they cant take it to the car I said I cant carry 3 bags off cement to the car so after saying other stores help they eventually took it to my car and was not helpful at all. I understand we are at serious times but please UNDERSTAND THAT I DID NOT CHOOSE TO BE DISABLED AND THAT IT DOESNT TAKE MUCH TO BE HELPFUL Visited this store again a few weeks later and totally different experience so friendly and helpful thankyou so I have changed my rating.
