I had been struggling for three years with constant panic attacks, too worried to get on to buses, too worried to even sit still and watch some TV! In June (2020) my partner introduced me to Natasha. At first I was very apprehensive about it all, especially as it would have to be online also. I had tried three loads of CBT, medication and group therapy that just didn't work for me. When starting the online sessions with Natasha I noticed an improvement after the first few sessions - I was able to get on busses without having to step off at every bus stop. Since my time with Natasha I am now able to say I am panic free and able to manage any anxiety much better! I owe a great deal to Natasha for helping me and couldn't recommend her enough. Very patient, professional and compassionate throughout all the sessions. Thank you Natasha!

Natasha has been helping me with my dental phobia. I started out quite cynical about what we could achieve but the results have been remarkable. I had debilitating anxiety in the days running up to an appointment, I was unable to eat, sleep or concentrate on work, and on the day my partner had to take time off to drive me there and back because my nerves were so bad. Examinations and treatments involved hyperventilating, profuse sweating, shaking, sobbing... I can now see the dentist without anxiety in the run up. I drive myself to the appointment and, while it’s still not my favourite thing ever, a combination of the tools Natasha has given me and a dentist who understands phobia has helped to calm me down in the chair. Thank you so much, Natasha.

Saw natasha because i had anxiety about flying (and the airport) it was stopping me from having holidays which affected my home life. I really wanted hypnotherapy to work as id tried other treatments and had no luck. Going to natasha was the best thing i ever did, iv flown short haul and long haul since my therapy and it was a breeze, i now enjoy planning my holidays and going. Because of that i am also happier and more confident in every day life too.
