A friend bought a mobile from the rochdale branch. She has had problems with it, it will only work when it it plugged in all the time, she went to the shop and the woman said that she must of dropped it so couldn't do anything. Wouldn't even give her a different phone. Left with a mobile which cannot be used outside a house. Disgusting.

Excellent product. I purchased a limited edition second hand halo 5 Xbox console bundle. Was shipped the next day after cleared payment. Came super fast and was well protected. Literally couldn't be happier. Thanks a bunch! Didn't have any communication with seller as purchased on eBay but none needed really. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking!! Was offering 9 per gram when the national average was at 11 then had the audacity to refuse serving me as i contacted the head quarters in Blackpool to make a complaint.. then was threatened by the Asian customer service advisor also so all in all check the gold prices before you pawn..

Bought a bracelet for my husband. Didn't realise they didn't do refunds as I didn't get told when served. He didn't like it so wanted to take it back now I am down 550 pound. Disgusting.
