I agree- do not use!!! My parents booked this service after using a competitor last year (whose service was excellent). As stated, they rang 20 minutes before leaving for the airport and could get no answer. They left for the airport and arrived still unable to speak to anyone.as the answer phone kept saying 'mailbox full'. After falling into complete panic they eventually got hold of someone. My dad had to run back out of the airport to hand them the keys. On return they again followed procedure and rang. They rang at 4.20am and was told the car would be there in 15 minutes. At 5am I rang National Airport in quite a fury at learning my parents and baby nephews were still stood waiting. After telling them my nephews needed to be in a car and home I was informed the car had left 'ages' ago so should be with them and where they definitely in the right place (which they were). The car finally arrived at 5.10am. Not the wait you want at that time of the morning with a 1 and 3 year old with you and far from the 15minutes they said!

Absolutely awful service, DO NOT USE! Wish we had stayed overnight in hotel and used shuttle, which is a great service. On return from holiday we phoned once through customs to let them know we had arrived, as instructed. Only got answerphone, could not leave a message as message box was full. Tried ringing on numerous occasions, started to think this was a scam at this point as we had not used this company before. Will definitely not use again! Eventually we got a reply, only to be asked to wait at departures' , 5 levels up from arrivals! We did as instructed and waited and waited, telephoning them a few times, having to enquire where they were! Finally, 35 minutes after eventually getting through to them by phone, they arrived. Bearing in mind it was 55 minutes after first starting to get through to them. I ALSO THINK THE FIRST 5 STAR RATING WAS SELF WRITTEN

Like everyone else I had the same experience. No one would pick up the phone to hand over the car etc. I had to leave my car at the multi storey car park Amazon Local have eventually refunded the original price I paid but at the moment they are not refunding the costs of the car park I had to pay through to their merchant not delivering the service. Instead I keep receiving prefabricated emails of how hard they are working to resolve it everytime I contact them. I have now contacted Watchdog.

Terrible company offering an unreliable service and absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. Booked and PRE PAID for an early morning meet and greet, followed all instructions, no one answered 'chauffeur line' or got back to any messages. Was left with no choice but to leave car on long stay car park at a cost of 110.00. That was 6 weeks ago, despite emailing company and leaving messages for the complaints department (apparently they don't have phone lines and can only be contacted via email, however their email address cant be divulged!!!) I have had no satisfactory response and am still heavily out of pocket. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, GET A CAB!!!

If i could give this company 0 then i would. They also go by the name of SPEEDY PARKS so beware. I left my car with these cowboys for a week, on my return my rear bumper had been damaged and the car filthy. The "chauffeur" who dropped my car off, looked like a rabbit in headlights, when i questioned him about the damage and the sheer state my car was left in. They have ignored all emails and letters regarding the damage they did to my car. I am now in the process of sending a final letter before court action. ****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY****

Dreadful company DO NOT USE!!! Booked a deal with Living Social in May 2015 and received an email 2 DAYS before our holiday, saying they had technical problems and were cancelling our booking. My theory is that they sold 1200 deals through LS in low season to generate cash income and then cancelled bookings in peak season when they could charge a premium and get better returns. Any company that does this is reprehensible and does not deserve anyone's business! Not surprisingly, their website is still taking bookings for the dates they cancelled on us. Cowboys!

DO NOT USE- I purchased the meet and greet service for a July 2015 from terminal 1 Manchester. On my return at 2.55am I waited until I had cleared customs to phone them as they had requested. I waited for my car for a further 45 minutes, and 3 further calls to them before it was delivered to me. This was while I stood outside at the meeting point; fortunately it wasn't too cold and was dry. On my third call to them I was told that I would be contacted the next day at 4pm by their customer services, to be offered a discount and some explanation as to what had gone so terribly wrong with this service. THEY NEVER PHONED ME BACK. Very poor service National Airport Parking. Not a 'meet and greet service' First time I had used you, also the last.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY !! Only gave 1 star because it's the minimum allowed to enable a post! They rarely answer the phone (if it rings at all) Didn't meet us as agreed as we couldn't get in touch, then when I turned up on their doorstep I was given the pitiful excuse .... and I quote "It's probably because it was the FA cup final yesterday so some drivers have not turned in" !!! To top it off on the return we had to wait for almost an hour and when they did finally arrive the car was damaged.... I am now struggling to get in touch with them ... again ..
