Recently had my car MOT'd here and the service was fantastic. Whilst initially it failed, the guys ordered the required part, fitted it and re-tested the car for free all in the same day. Great people too.

Excellent service. Very friendley and helpfull staff. Very quick at doing the work for my car. Plus went the extra mile for my needs. Warm clean premises and good waiting area. Easy to find good location just off the main road. I barly had any waiting time when i arrived early for my appointment. Would recommend

I had an MOT here just before Xmas. When I collected the car I was told that it passed and all ok. I got home and went to file the certificate and found there were some advisories on there .It said that all 4 tyres were worn and cracked. This was a surprise as a week earlier I had a brand new tyre fitted at the same place. I phoned and told the manager. He said to bring it back and he would look at it. I said I could not bring it back until after the new year. I took it back and the person there said nothing he can do as manager was not there and I had to complain to head office. I did this and customer service phoned me and said they would look at it and phone me back. That was weeks ago and still nothing. They don't seem to care that someone has falsified a legal document.

DISGUSTING customer service. Patronising, rude and insulting. Will never ever use them again and will warn others! You would think they would be pleased to get business right now but they act as if you are a complete inconvenience despite booking. Can’t believe how they can get away with treating customers like that. I would hate for any of my friends or family to be spoken to like that so rest assured I will make sure they know not to go there. Also don’t wear masks so just AVOID. They don’t want your money so take it somewhere more appreciative.
