Nice little shop with an outstanding range of health, natural and organic foods. The owner is always cheery and very helpful. The prices are perhaps slightly higher than a larger health food shop, but a great shop nonetheless.

I've lived locally for years and this shop is a real asset - conveniently located and great for finding items I just can't get in any other shops nearby. I come here for vegetarian and vegan ingredients; biodegradable cleaning products; toiletries; and whole foods. The Ecover refill scheme for washing up liquid is really useful. They also sell Suma soaps which are my favourite. It is a small shop so as you would expect may not stock absolutely everything you're looking for, but countless times I've gone in with low hopes of finding something and been pleasantly surprised when they have it in stock. My personal experience is that staff are polite and friendly.
My go to shop for healthy shopping. The shop stocks a great selection of products and the staff is very helpful. They even take special orders for certain products they do not have in stock due to low sales. Very lucky to have a shop like that in this area where all you can find is trash food. Reading the reviews left for this shop makes me wonder what people expect from retailers. A foot massage when they walk through the door perhaps.
I love this little local health shop. The owner is so nice. I get the whole families vitamins here. I get my toiletries and organic nuts/seeds/ cupboard food from here too. I refill my washing up liquid and browse by an amazing assortment of tea. Lots of alternatives to dairy products too. I hidden little gem in Leytonstone.
