Great service!!! I called to hire a car last week and got an answer right away! The price was very affordable and the car came spotless clean!!! Yossi took care of me as if was a royal and made sure to answer my questions even in the late hours of the night... Ive been recommended a few times to use their service and i only regret not giving them a go sooner. 5 star would recommend any day to friends.
I visited london for a short time and did not want to use public transporaton due to the virus. Navcar was so helpful and pleasant and even received a free upgrade. Good service and well priced. EVERYONE SHOULD USE THEM!!!!!

What a great service I experienced I rented twice from navcar london The service was excellent and cars super clean and new. In top of that I called them in late night hours with a problem we had and Yossi was/is available 24 hours And gave us SERVICES like its midday He is just great. Will definitely keep using them
Best car hire service in london!!! Yossi made sure all was fine even supplied me with a neatly cleaned car! I am very happy with their service and they even cleaned my own car while i was out with the rental those couple weeks as an added bonus!!! Altogether great company, great guys, and will dedinitley hire again from them
On the second day of my trip with NAVCAR vehicle I noticed that the wheel was punctured. I called for directions and I was contacted by AA who helped replace the tire for the spare and later received instructions (in writing and by heart) that the tire need not be repaired, there is no mileage limit in traveling with the spare wheel and there is a speed limit (50) and so I drove back to London. The car was returned to NAVCAR complete and no harm whatsoever with the spare wheel installed and the Puncture wheel in the luggage. Last week and invoice arrived by email. 102 pounds for repairing the puncture were taken from the credit card that was in their possession I called the company to ask: 1) What is it (the invoice was not detailed and unclear)? I got a laconic and dismissive answer 2) How far is the client in Puncture obligated (afterwards I checked with 5 rental companies and indeed Puncture is not obliged)? In reply, I was ridiculed and scorned 3) Puncture Patch 102 ??? NAVCAR answer, smirk phone slam! Then a number of further attempts were made, no comment from the company
