Brilliant service! I needed a new cooker and went in without knowing what I needed but Sam was able to help me pick the right one. She was very knowledgeable on the products and could advise what I needed, she was very helpful throughout the whole process. The cooker was delivered first thing in the morning - again the staff were very quick and efficient in delivering, installation and taking the old one away! Would definitely recommend this company!

We just had our Masterclass HLine/Roma fitted and we are finally the proud owners of the magazine kitchen we've always wanted! It looks absolutely beautiful. Tony Harris was the most patient person over the last year . We kept changing our mind but he never gave up tweaking the design and asking for his colleague's opinions until we were confident and ready to order. It really felt like the whole team was involved. Giles was great with the appliances and our kitchen fitter Gill was fabulous. One of the doors arrived slightly damaged and we didn't have to do anything, Gill just ordered a new one straight away. We would 100% recommend Nailsea Eletrical to friends and family.

We were let down by one of the big name suppliers, we ordered early in January for our kitchen to be fitted in April with delivery of the fridge due we were notified the day before that they had no stock and would deliver a month late. Nailsea electrical were able to supply us with a fridge within 2 days. Great service very helpful and friendly. Would recommend and use again.

They popped back to fix a poorly fitting door ( the house had moved a bit!) and redo the sealant around the kitchen sink despite the job being done three years ago. No charge. Awesome service and great communications. Highly recommended.

Totally awesome service and company. We had a 25 year old integrated fridge freezer. Spoke to Sam who found replacement. On arrival of installation we realised original unit was a separate fridge and freezer. Terry the installer worked magic fitting new single unit into space where 2 separate units were. Am so grateful. They were able to remove original items and dispose etc. Also found them competitively priced. Highly recommend!

Wow, what an excellent place for all ones domestic appliance needs! I had a nightmare experience with a well know on line supplier and decided to pop up the Gloucester road to see if Nailsea electrics had what I needed. It turned out they didn't, but Sam was amazing, she did some magic on her computer and ta da! She managed to source exactly what I was after in a matter of minutes and for a marvellous price too! I then had both items delivered at very short notice a few days later when I knew my other, less that satisfactory purchase from the aforementioned on line supplier was going to be collected. The delivery guys were a great, rang to let if know when the were likely to arrive, then did so and were so jolly and gave me some excellent tips regarding unpacking and setting up the items. It was all, absolutely marvellous and as such, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nailsea electrics to anyone.
