Have been a customer at Neath Gunshop since a young age when started shooting. Always had a great atmosphere along with staff who knew what they were talking about and could work on guns. Unfortunately the new owners do no longer sell FAC or shotguns. Neither do they know much about air rifles and the attitude/service was as below average. The last visit there were no second hand guns which says a lot and the customer service was unhelpful. Covid controls were poor and the owner was more interested in his food than helping customers. I thought Neath Gun shop would be around forever but i doubt it anymore with new owner. I will be taking my business elsewhere even if that means driving further afield.

After shopping here for many years I thought I should write a review, very friendly staff and a great selection of rifles and equipment, Definitely cheaper than nearest dealership. After buying around a dozen new rifles here over the years and picked up a second hand blue laminate HW97 last week I felt compelled to at least give my 5 stars.

very helpful staff in shop lady and gentleman were realy helpful and courteous ,i found my experience a very positive and pleasant one.they both went the extra mile to provide a great service i was over the moon with prices too as i found them one of the best prices around and to be honest i would definatly recommend a visit .
