Best taxi service in neath by far Emma on the phone is so lovely and super friendly you don't alway get that when you phone taxis in my experience I use taxis to go back and fore to work as a carer I work split shifts and Emma's always happy to help as sometimes I need a taxi in a hurry if I need to cover a shift I don't get much of a heads up when I'm needed which really helps me in a pickle fantastic service the drivers are lovely and friendly although Martin is not much of a talker lol.Brilliant all round service and the best part is you get a text when the driver is on route and it tells you their name which I find a bit more friendlier than just saying your driver is on route.
Used their app today. Gives the estimated fare, pay with one click (apple pay), watch the taxi arrive, get notifications and text messages. Best Taxi app I've ever used to be fair.
Excellent service, had a few taxis and Ray is a great bloke, very professional and made the journey easy
