BUYER BEWARE!!!! These guys are not to be trusted! Recently spent 20k on a Mercedes from them. They promised me that the spare key and a cd that I had left would be posted to me recorded delivery. Three months later it looks like I am going to have to go to court, as they are now ignoring all my emails and recorded delivery letters. I have clicked one star because it would not let me post with no stars!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!!

**WARNING***DO NOT TRUST FABIAN MOTOR COMPANY***Purchased a vehicle and had nothing but problems - falsified service history records, promised repairs and new MOT that were not carried out on collection (at time arranged for collection after payment no one was present and keys were left on tyre), faults found afterwards have not been honoured by their 30 day warrantee. Numerous phone calls and e-mails have been made and we have had nothing but lies and excuses and still no money back (which was also promised!) We were given paperwork with Valley Way Motors, which we understand was their previous trading name and understand that they have traded under numerous names. Jamie is the one name that we who some days decides to be the owner and some days claims it someone else! We have reported them to trading standards.
