North valley forge are a great company. I gave them a call for an enquiry of safety edges after being let down by other companies. I spoke to Rick who i believe is the head of tech. I got to say, he knows what he is talking about. I ordered some parts and the turn around was super fast. 2 days later, i get a call in the morning to say the products are ready to collect. The products were bang on. Just the correct parts that we needed. Highly recommended. 100% would recommend.

Very poor quality products and dreadful customer service. I ordered 4 matching gate arches and paid extra for next day delivery. The items I received arrived a week late, did not match each other, were heavily dented, covered in hammer marks, did not match those which I chose from their website nor match that I which I was invoiced for (which also clearly stated that they must be sent out the next day). I had to phone twice to chase them up and a third time to complain that the arches were the wrong items and unusable. The sales assistant 'Dave' in the first phone call explained that they were working on them and then they would be sent the next day; then on the second occasion said that there will be \slight imperfections\ and asked if I was happy to proceed. I agreed to proceed as I did not realize at the time that \slight imperfections\ meant 4 completely unusable items. When I finally received the gate arches I phoned again to complain that they were wrong and damaged. Rather than apologise, 'Dave' made lots of excuses and wouldn't take any responsibility, claiming that I had ordered the wrong items and that it was my fault for proceeding with the order as he had warned me of the \slight imperfections\. When I said that was unacceptable, he laughed and hung up on me, claiming I swore at him (despite the phone recordings proving otherwise). They later offed a refund but insisted that I had to pay the 71 delivery charges to send them back as they still would not accept any wrong doing. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY

I think North Valley Forge are a really good company!! I took out Gold cover with them for my gates after the warranty period expired! I find their customer service excellent - special shout out to Kelly Thompson who is absolutely fantastic - very helpful - she cannot do enough for you - an absolute credit to North Valley Forge Also i would like to mention some of the engineers - Craig has always been superb and he is ably assisted by Shaun & Dave who are also good & easy to deal with....... I would not hesitate to recommend this company for electric gates.......both installation & maintenance!

BEWARE IF YOU EVER MIGHT NEED A REFUND We have dealt with North Valley Forge in the past, but this time they really really let us down. They willingly sold us an AES Predator gate entry system costing over 1000. When we couldn't get the system to work despite mountains of correspondence with NVF and the manufacturer, we returned the item with their consent. Doing so cost us 159.40. A so called 'handling' charge with the manufacturer claiming the unit worked perfectly (which it didn't, their own engineer sent out to us couldn't even get it to work) and that it was 'damaged' and needed refurbishing. I don't know any world in which charging for a product that didn't do its job, is OK. North Valley Forge and AES couldn't reach any consensus to accommodate a full refund, with both putting responsibility onto each other. It's us, the consumer who has had to suffer a financial loss as a result. We will be reporting both companies to Trading Standards for breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
