My weekly veg box is amazing! Brimming with local fruit and veg, which I can trace back to exactly where it came from, who grew it and when it was picked. Fab service, always communicates well and very flexible if I want to tweak my order. Plus it's amazing value for money!!

Having visited their vegetable delivery stall at a food festival, I left my contact details with the member of staff as they said they would contact me in regards to delivery options available. Unfortunately nobody got back to me, but they did manage to add my e-mail address to their weekly marketing e-mail. I replied to this to ask about my delivery options and what they could offer me. I got no reply. After a week and mainly due to the lack of service, I took my business elsewhere. I've tried to remove myself from the mailing list twice by replying to their e-mail (because it's a valid address and there is no unsubscribe button) - just to be ignored each week and to continue receiving their pointless e-mail. I've unfortunately now had to escalate my complaint to Ofcom as nobody responds. I do wonder how companies like this ever keep customers?!?! What a waste of time!
