We were looking for a specific type of vessel and spotted one at NYB Plymouth. We met with Elliott and he spent time showing us the boat and we knew it was for us. Elliott was really helpful and we couldn’t have wished for better assistance during the process. He was either at the end of the phone or responded to messages in a timely manner. In terms of arranging the lift for the survey and lift to transport the vessel Elliott organised all of that and liaised with the transport company when the boat was picked up. This is our first purchase of a vessel and Elliott really helped make it a good experience for us. We are delighted with the set NYB Plymouth gave us and special mention to Elliott for his part in the successful purchase and transfer of our Merry Fisher.

Put an offer in on a boat and then was played off against someone else that had apparently put in an offer, with me being informed how much the other party had offered to increase my own offer further. Extremely unprofessional, maybe they only treat customers like that if your shopping the lower end of the market. I've withdrawn my offer and bought a boat elsewhere through BoatShed brokers and the service received was night and day. Wouldn't use this firm again for either sale/purchase. Adding further insult was being called up and called a completely different name.

In 2009, I purchased ‘Nouchette’ a Westerly Oceanlord from Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth, Richmond Walk, Plymouth. Because of the friendly, efficient and professional manner with which my purchase was handled I decided to use the company again to handle the sale of the vessel this year, 2020. Ill health and distance prevented me from being involved in the day to day management of the sale and the preparations/repairs that were necessary for the sale to go through. The object of this testimonial is to acknowledge the efforts of the staff at NYB, Mayflower Marina in finding a buyer and successfully completing the sale. In particular I would like to thank Elliott who consistently went the extra mile in resolving the many issues involved in securing the sale. I honestly think that if it were not for his efforts ‘beyond the call’ in dealing with buyers and repairers; the sale would have been much more difficult, and may not have happened at all. I cant believe how quickly Elliott from Network yacht brokers sold our boat, after trying to sell our boat ourselves without much luck i gave it to NYB and the sold it with 4 weeks. I can't thank them enough as its given us the opportunity to move into a bigger boat
