Attended with a broken arm from a ski trip. Very helpful, sympathetic doctor, ensured I had adequate pain medication and a referral to the fractures clinic. The nurse removed my stitches and has changed dressings a couple of times. She is very friendly, caring, and delivers gentle care. Administration / reception staff also helpful, and no issues with making appointments.

Doctors and reception staff have been friendly and helpful every time I've needed them. Despite being booked up by calling in the mornings I've been seen the same day whenever I've called.

Unhelpful receptionist and practice manager, they can be standoffish and rude, this is echoed by other reviews for this practice, also this is the same as New Forest medical group; I don’t know why it has two names and two different review rating. The doctors are fine here, sadly the reception desk is not. Also it is very difficult to get an appointment when you needed it. This is the only practice in Brockenhurst and Sway so they have a monopoly here and not much choice for us poor patients.

Worst NHS surgery in Hampshire! Rude unhelpful reception, Don't treat patients with any respect Patients with long term illnesses are pushed to one side your made to feel like the worst person in the world for obtaining an reception reception not only rude but have a tendency to ask questions like. What's your name oh it's you under there breath. \What do you want today\ Abysmal will be writing to NHS England One of the doctors had a cheek to say oh it's a head cold a few years ago Same evening was rushed into hospital with pneumonia triggered by longstanding chest condition and the incorrect knowledge about how to deal with certain illness, If not that just an attitude of get over it Well read your patients history! NHS choices and the WHCCG will be made aware of this appalling surgery!
