I have been visiting Dr. Sun for many years and always found her very professional,accommodating and helpful. Acupuncture is very relaxing and therapeutic. Thoroughly recommend for alternative treatment.

I visited Dr Sun c20 years ago, she was amazing, she saved my life.
On the second occasion I requested to have acupuncture at the advanced Chinese herbs and acupuncture in new malden clinic, I found the lady that gives acupuncture to be extremely rude. I asked if I could made an appointment in the morning or evening as I was at work, and she responded in the most unprofessional way and with such a rude attitude. She offered me appointments during mid-day, I asked her if I could have it in the following week but she did not want to check she replied “no, I can’t check, I don’t have one” then she did not give me an appointment! Strange enough!!! Everywhere they try to fit patients in and try to be nice and kind so they can have long term relationships with their patients but in this case it was an absurd experience that the lady was very rude. Stay away….. She does not understand that she lives in London and people need to be treated kindly and respectfully especially the ones that are interested in your product or service. There are thousands of accupuncture clinics around London so that was not the end of the world for me but her lose instead! I am very very disappointed and I have never come across to someone like that before. very unprofessional, and extremly rude attitude.
