A very busy and lively restaurant, even at lunchtime rush. Staff were quick and helpful at first (especially the young English-Korean lady who was friendly and efficient). The seafood pajeon (pancake) was superb. Seafood stew was just okay, seemed to lack real substance of flavour. Towards middle to end of meal staff were incredibly rushed and was hard to get the attention of waiting staff. Waiters that came over had very basic english skills and struggled to assist us with the bill payment requests. After 3 conversations with 3 different servers our query was solved but it was far beyond closing time (3.20pm, when even most staff had left). Overall the restaurant has a great vibe and decent food, however I do feel it is over-hyped for what it is, we have since visited smaller local Korean restaurants in the area with better quality food and more attentive service. I feel the restaurant would greatly benefit from having staff with a decent level of english to assist customers who are not solely korean, as well as greater communication all round the team to ensure any disputes that arise are dealt with efficiently. Would also benefit from a 'bell' system so customers can get the attention of staff much easier when needed.

Full Korean Experience! This place was packed with local koreans when we went, which we can all agree is only a good sign. Food was good and reasonably priced 3 of us ate for 70 and we didn't hold back on the ordering. The highlight of authenticity was the end, they were so busy, the waitress came to our table and said twice \you finished?\ We were relaxed.. and she returned with the bill and card reader at the same time.. we wanted to split the bill but for total restaurant efficiency the waitress insisted we paid with one card...so we did... She then ushered us out post haste. Most people might find this rude but we all found it hilarious, they are running a business after all. All in all, I would definitely go back.
This place is the one I like best. I visit many restaurants but here I go the most. The crew is very cordial and the food they offer is so tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a good meal here. I highly recommend this place.
Super tasty food! Loved the bbq, the soups, very friendly staff. We ordered way too much and had to take it home, but it was still very tasty the day after. The day we went the card reader didn’t work, I’d recommend to call and ask in advance.
